Who We Are
Seaway Dry Basements is a basement waterproofing contractor serving Brockville, Prescott, Gananoque, Athens, Lyn, Mallorytown, Maitland and the 1000 Islands area. Our work centres on one goal: keeping water out of the lowest level of your home and dealing properly with the damage it causes.
Our name comes from the St. Lawrence Seaway, the river corridor that connects the communities we serve. Brockville, known as the City of the 1000 Islands, sits on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River and is one of Ontario's oldest communities. Homes here range from heritage properties to newer subdivisions, and each foundation type behaves differently when water arrives.
What We Do
We offer basement waterproofing, foundation crack injection, sump pump installation, wet basement repair, exterior foundation waterproofing and mould removal.
These services belong together. A leaking crack leads to damp drywall, damp drywall leads to mould, and mould keeps coming back until the water is stopped. Treating moisture and mould as one problem gives homeowners a more lasting result.
